All sales are final on custom-printed items. Please read this policy carefully before placing your order.
⚠️ All Products Are Custom-Printed to Order
DTF Provider produces every order on demand. Because each item is custom-made to your specifications, we do not accept returns or exchanges except in cases of production defects or errors on our part.
When We Will Issue a Reprint or Refund
We will offer a reprint or refund only if:
- You received an item that was printed incorrectly due to a production error on our end
- Your order was lost in transit and confirmed lost by the carrier
- Your item was damaged during shipping and you provide photographic evidence
- You received the wrong item compared to what you ordered
What Is Not Covered
File quality issues — Low resolution, white backgrounds, semi-transparent edges, or incorrect dimensions are the customer's responsibility. We print files exactly as submitted.
Color differences — Monitor calibration, color profiles, and substrate variations cause color differences between screen and print. We do not guarantee exact color matching.
Pressing errors — Damage caused by incorrect pressing (wrong temperature, cold peel, insufficient pressure) is not covered. Follow the pressing instructions on our website.
Change of mind — We do not accept returns or issue refunds because you changed your mind after ordering.
Orders with accepted warnings — If you clicked “Print Anyway” in our builder after receiving a file quality warning, your order is printed as-is with no recourse.
How to Submit a Claim
Intellectual Property
By placing an order, you confirm that you own or have the legal right to use all artwork submitted. DTF Provider assumes no liability for copyright or trademark infringement resulting from customer-submitted files. The customer bears full responsibility for the legality of their designs.
