Refund & Return Policy

At DTF Provider, all products are custom-made to order. For this reason, we do not offer refunds or exchanges unless an item is confirmed to be defective or incorrect.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect, we will provide a replacement at no additional cost, including shipping.

To be eligible for a replacement, the following conditions must be met:

  • The claim must be submitted by the original purchaser within 7 days of delivery
  • Clear photo or video evidence must be provided showing the issue
  • The issue must be directly related to a production error or fulfillment mistake

Claims submitted after 7 days, or by third parties including your customers, will not be accepted.

Important Notice

All DTF transfers are produced based on the exact files submitted by the customer. DTF Provider is not responsible for issues related to:

  • Low resolution artwork or DPI issues
  • Improper background removal or transparency issues
  • Design quality or file preparation errors
  • Incorrect application including heat, pressure, or pressing method
  • Fabric incompatibility or improper garment selection

We strongly recommend testing your application process before large production runs.

Limitation of Liability

DTF Provider shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including but not limited to:

  • Loss of business or revenue
  • Production delays
  • Customer claims or chargebacks
  • Loss of profit or reputation

Our total liability is strictly limited to the value of the original order placed directly with DTF Provider.

We do not accept responsibility for any third-party claims, including those from your customers, resellers, or end users.
