Everything you need to know about production times and delivery.
Production Time
Most orders are produced within 1 business day of order placement. Production begins after your order is confirmed and your file has been reviewed.
Production time does not include shipping transit time. Orders placed on weekends or holidays may begin production on the next business day.
Shipping Method & Delivery
We ship via UPS Express. Estimated U.S. delivery is typically 1–3 business days after production is complete.
Free Express Shipping is included on qualifying orders.
Delivery estimates are provided by UPS and are not guaranteed. Delivery delays caused by the carrier, weather, customs, or other external factors are outside our control.
Tracking
A tracking number will be emailed to you once your order ships. You can use this number to track your shipment directly on the UPS website at ups.com.
Address Accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order. DTF Provider is not responsible for packages lost or delayed due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided at checkout.
If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, the customer is responsible for reshipping costs.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package arrives damaged or is confirmed lost by UPS, please contact us at info@dtfprovider.com with your order number and photos. We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
⚠️ Custom Printed Items
All products sold by DTF Provider are custom-produced to order. We do not offer refunds or exchanges on custom orders except in cases where we have made a production error or the item is defective. Please review our Return Policy for full details.
