1. Custom Printed Products

All products are custom-produced on demand. Because every item is manufactured specifically for each order, all sales are final except in cases of verified production defects.

2. File Responsibility

You are solely responsible for the quality, accuracy, and legality of all artwork files you submit. DTF Provider prints files as received and does not guarantee quality for files that do not meet published requirements.

3. Intellectual Property

By submitting artwork, you confirm that you own or have the legal right to use all designs, logos, and images. DTF Provider assumes no liability for copyright, trademark, or intellectual property violations from customer-submitted artwork.

4. Color Accuracy

We do not guarantee exact color matching between digital files and printed transfers. Colors may vary due to monitor calibration, color profiles, printing conditions, and substrate differences.

5. Production and Shipping

Production typically takes 1 business day. Shipping is via UPS Express. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed. Delays caused by the carrier or external factors are outside our control.

6. Limitation of Liability

DTF Provider's liability is limited to the value of the order in question. We are not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of our website after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
